If you still have access to the iPhone. Go to Settings. Tap your Apple ID name at the top. Scroll down and tap Sign Out. Enter your Apple ID password to confirm. Turn off Find My iPhone when prompted. Once done, the iCloud account will be completely removed. 💻 If you don’t have the phone with you (remove remotely). Go to www.icloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Select Find Devices. Choose the affected iPhone. Click Remove from Account. ⚠️ Make sure the device is removed from your account entirely, not just erased. ✅ After removal. Please let us know once this is completed, and we’ll continue with the inspection and move your trade-in forward right away.
🔐 Removing Device Accounts
If you still have the phone with you. Open Settings. Tap Accounts and backup. Select Manage accounts. Tap Samsung account. Choose Remove account. Enter your Samsung account password to confirm. This will fully remove the Samsung account from the device. 💻 If you don’t have the device (remove remotely). Go to https://account.samsung.com. Sign in with your Samsung account. Go to Devices. Select the affected device. Choose Remove device. ✅ Important checks before sending your device. Make sure Find My Mobile is turned off. Ensure the phone is factory reset. Confirm no Google or Samsung accounts remain linked. Once done, let us know and we’ll proceed with the inspection and your trade-in without any delays.
