Sending Your Device
There is no prepaid label for a recycling send, so this is a normal trip to the Post Office. Pay for the postage that suits you - it does not need to be tracked, and there is nothing to insure.

- Wipe the device clean and then sign out of your account to ensure your information is secure.
- Power it off with the battery inside, and wrap it so it cannot switch itself on in transit.
- Write “Please Recycle” clearly on the outside, so it is not booked in as a trade-in.
- Post it to the address above, paying the postage at the counter.

Make sure you're signed out of iCloud or Google, and remove your SIM card.
