Don’t worry if you haven’t received your payment just yet. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website. If your order status shows as “Paid” and the payment has not reached your account within 24 working hours, please contact our Customer Service Team (info@mobiledirectonline.co.uk / +44 161 521 5551) and we’ll be happy to assist you. Please note that payments processed on Fridays may not reflect in your account same day and reflect on the following Monday. Payments are also not processed over weekends or bank holidays.
