It is your responsibility to ensure you are the legal owner of the device and that it is not blacklisted. We verify every device's IMEI using the CheckMEND database. If your device is flagged as lost, stolen, blocked, or barred, we cannot return it or process any payment. The device will be quarantined for 28 days, during which you must resolve the status with CheckMEND or your network provider. If the flag is not removed within this period, we are legally required to dispose of the device.
⚠️ Device Condition & Compliance
Yes, if you’re selling a brand-new sealed device, our inspection team is authorized to open the box to verify the condition and authenticity of the device. This ensures accurate valuation and transparency.
If you select Brand New but our inspection finds the device has been used, the order will be treated as a condition mismatch.
In that case, our technicians will reassess the device based on its actual condition and provide you with a revised trade-in offer, along with an inspection report and images for transparency.
You will then have two options:
Accept the revised offer and proceed with payment, or
Decline the offer and request the device to be returned to you (return shipment costs apply).
All our quoted conditions apply only to devices without cracked or broken screens. If your device arrives and is found to have a cracked or broken screen, it will not qualify under our grading criteria.
In such cases, the device will be returned to you, and the return shipping cost will apply.
