If your previous trade-in has already expired, you will need to place a new trade-in to sell your device. If your trade-in is still active and the prepaid label hasn’t expired, you can still use it to send your device before the trade-in expires. Once a trade-in has expired, the old label can no longer be used, and a new trade-in will need to be created.
