Yes, absolutely — you can send your order using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: Please make sure the parcel is well packaged to avoid any damage in transit. Keep the tracking number and receipt safe and share with us, as this will help in case we need to follow up on delivery. Once the device arrives with us, it will go straight into inspection, and we’ll keep you updated at each step.
No, there's no need to include chargers, cables, or other accessories unless specified. We only require the device to process your order.
If you use our provided Royal Mail label, there is no postage cost to you — it’s completely free. If you choose to send the device using your own postage method (for example, Royal Mail Special Delivery), you’ll need to cover the cost yourself.
Our Royal Mail trade-in label includes up-to £100 insurance. Our DPD trade-in label includes up-to £1000 insurance. If you use Special Delivery, we strongly recommend selecting insurance that matches or exceeds your device’s trade-in value.
