If your device has already arrived with us and you choose not to accept the revised offer, we’ll return the item to you at no cost. There are no cancellation fees for stopping the trade-in. Once you confirm that you’d like to cancel, we’ll arrange the return and share the tracking details with you as soon as the device is dispatched.

Yes, you can still send your device after 14 days, but it depends on whether your trade-in request is still active. A few things to note: Trade-in validity: Most trade-in offers are valid for a limited time (usually 14 days). After that, the quoted price may expire or change depending on market value and device condition. Check your account: Log in to your Mobile Direct account to see if your trade-in request is expire. New trade-in: If the offer has expired, you can place a new trade-in with all required details.
