The full process typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on postage and inspection time: Place your trade-in – takes just a few minutes. Send your device to us – delivery usually takes 1–2 working days (Royal Mail). Inspection – once received, inspection is normally completed within 24–48 hours. Payment – once the price is agreed, payment is issued within 24 hours. 📌 Important notes: Payments are processed on working days only. Payments made on Friday may reflect in your bank on Monday. Bank holidays and weekends may cause slight delays.
